Know Before You Go

Below are a few important details you will want to be aware of before you arrive for the 2017 Texas Payroll Conference.

Charity

For 2017, we will support Susan G. Komen of Ft Worth as the charity spotlight. We invite you to attend a very special general session event sponsored by iiPay on Wednesday, September 20th, where we will recognize Susan G Komen of Ft Worth and pay tribute to breast cancer awareness - just ahead of October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month. TPC Mobile App

Instructions were sent to all attendees via email regarding how to download the conference mobile app. If you did not receive the instructions, please send an email to registration@txpayrollconference.org. 

Session Handouts

A link to download the session handouts was sent via email on Friday, September 15th. For attendees who have access to the mobile app, the presentations have also been placed in the app for easy access. 

Chapter Mix & Mingle

Join us Thursday evening from 8:00 - 9:30 PM for the Chapter Mix & Mingle. This event will include line dancing, as well as a meet and greet with Kelly Swanson. **Everyone is welcome!** This event will take place in the "Rhapsody" room at the Omni Mandalay Hotel. 

A Place at the Table

Sign up to network with your payroll colleagues for dinner at one of the local hot spots. We have reserved tables at a few area restaurants and will have reservation signups at conference. Signups will be located near the TPC Info Booth.  You will be responsible for the cost of your meal, and you must make your own arrangements for transportation.
