Cancellation Policy - Attendees

If you have registered for the 2017 Conference in Irving, TX and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute.  

If you cannot send a substitute, NO REFUND IS GRANTED but a 50% credit of your 2017 Registration Fee may be issued for use at the 2018 Conference. A written cancellation notice MUST be received by TPC and postmarked no later than August 1, 2017

No credit will be issued for the 2017 Conference after the August 1, 2017 deadline.

One Day Registration Cancellation Policy

If you have registered for the Thursday, One Day Registration at the 2017 Conference in Irving, Texas and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, NO REFUND IS GRANTED. No substitutes for the 2017 Texas Conference will be made after August 1, 2017.

Admission Policy:

Admission to class sessions, meals, and the Exhibit Hall will be by Conference badge only and strictly enforced. As such, spouses and children will not be admitted to any sessions or meals. Only conference attendees and registered guests will be admitted to the Friday Night Event.
