Rahul Lakhanpal
Senior Manager – Workday Payroll Time and Absence Product Marketing

Rahul Lakhanpal is responsible for the Payroll, Time and Absence Product Marketing function at Workday. He has 10 years of experience in Strategy, Product Management and R&D related positions, with track record in delivering results. Before Workday he worked for organizations like SAP and Honeywell in their Product Management and Product Strategy teams.

His role at Workday focuses on defining the strategic positioning for Payroll, Time and Absence, converting vision into action and working with interdisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable results.

He has presented at multiple conferences and is currently responsible for the messaging of Workday PATT – Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking – at key conferences and events.

Rahul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master in Business Administration.

 


 

Dave Leboff
President US Operations, Immedis

Dave has over 35 years of experience in international human resources, international tax and expatriate program management. He began his career in tax, working for the Internal Revenue Service and then for Arthur Young in NYC where he received his CPA and managed sizeable expatriate program engagements. Dave moved to the client side and served in international assignment and global human resources roles at PepsiCo, Bankers Trust, UBS and DoubleClick before forming Expaticore, who were acquired by Immedis in May 2017.

Dave regularly speaks at industry conferences around the world covering a wide range of topics relevant to global workforce management. Dave also serves as co-chair of the Global Issues SPLTF of the American Payroll Association.

 


 

Danita Lewis
Global Account Director, iiPay

Danita Lewis has more than 15 years Human Resources experience working as an HR practitioner in several Fortune 100 companies. Danita transitioned to Business Development providing competitive intelligence, partner, and alliance management for a Fortune 500 IT Outsourcing company. Danita then moved into a role as a Sales Executive and managed the sales cycle for large $50M+ opportunities to provide ITO services for global clients. While expanding her business development career she also sold an HCM Suite of products for the world’s largest payroll provider and for a large technology consulting firm for five years. In her current position with iiPay, Danita works as a Global Account Director, helping clients large and small with best practices and decisions on consolidated global payroll services.

Danita is accomplished in program management, process and content development, budgeting, and managing multiple projects to successful completion. In her current role, her vast knowledge and previous experience in HR management provides her with keen insights to working with her clients’ business requirements and supports her ability to become a trusted advisor in global payroll.

 


 

Richard Limpkin
Chief Information Officer, Immedis

In his role as Chief Information Officer, Richard is responsible for operational processes to support the immediate and long-term growth of Immedis. This includes taking ownership of the technical and product roadmap, including platform and service components, supporting infrastructure and process. Richard joins Immedis from a leading HR and Payroll software provider, where he worked for 9 years before becoming a partner in 2015. Richard also worked with Deloitte Consulting, joining them directly from university and practicing in their London office prior to transferring to Dublin. During this time Richard’s diverse client base included Primark, Oxford University, Irish Life and Permanent, Bord na Móna and Vodafone.

Richard has an MSc from Durham University in England and is a Chartered Management Accountant.

 


 

Natalie Lopez, CPP
Sr. Manager, Global Payroll, American Bureau of Shipping

Natalie Lopez, CPP is the Senior Manager, Global Payroll for American Bureau of Shipping. She has been in payroll for 22 years, most of this in the oil & gas sector. Natalie has worked in various lead or management positions for companies such as Nabors Drilling, Expro Americas, Pride International, and Ensco, Inc. Through her tenure she has worked on projects for process optimization, system enhancements and numerous global payroll implementations. These projects have allowed her to travel to countries such as Canada, France, UK, Netherlands, Israel, Portugal, Brazil, Malta, Libya, China, and Singapore.

Natalie has been a member of the American Payroll Association since May 2008 and passed the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) exam in 2007, recertifying in 2013. She is currently serving as the President for the Houston Chapter of the APA and was awarded Payroll Professional of the Year for 2016. She previously served for 4 years on the Texas Payroll Conference Board of Directors where she participated on various committees for including Speakers, Registration, BOD Selection, Volunteers, and the TPC Chapter Advisory Council. She currently volunteers with APA National on the Hotline Committee, CHAMPS Committee, Social Networking Committee, Certification Item Development Task Force, and the Strategic Payroll Leadership Task Force for Global Issues. She was nominated to serve on the APA Education Grant Committee starting in May 2017. In 2017, Natalie was awarded the APA Education Grant for Complete Payroll Training Package.

 


 

Veronica McGeachy
Investigations Auditor, Department of Homeland Security

Veronica McGeachy is an Auditor with Homeland Security Investigations. She has worked at DHS for over 25 years and has a vast amount of government experience. During her tenure, she has held positions in various fields to include internal/external auditing, human resources, finance and accounting and logistics. In addition to a Master’s in Business Administration, she is also a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified Business Manager.

Ms. McGeachy enjoys spending family time with her husband and two active kids. During her free time, she also enjoys running marathons.

 


 

Teresa Mulkey, CPP
Payroll Consultant & Sole Proprietor/Trainer, Unique Solutions

Teresa Mulkey has more than 30 years of payroll experience including payroll tax, system implementation and management. She has been employed as payroll manager for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Currently, Teresa is working as a payroll consultant and trainer for her own company, Unique Solutions.

Teresa earned and has maintained her Certified Payroll Professional accreditation since 1995. She has been a member of the Dallas Chapter over 20 years serving 10 years on the chapter board in various positions including Education Director and President.

Teresa has been awarded Texas Payroll Conference’s 2014 Payroll Professional of the Year, Dallas Chapter Payroll Professional of the Year for 2001 and 2016 and Dallas’ Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013.
